Refund Policy

At Quranpakteacher.com, we want every student to feel confident and secure when enrolling in our online Quran classes. This policy explains clearly when a refund applies, when it doesn’t, and how the process works. By registering for our classes, you agree to the terms below.

1. Before Classes Have Started

If you register for online classes and pay your monthly subscription, but for any reason your classes never begin, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid. No questions will be asked at this stage.

2. Once Classes Have Started

Once your classes are confirmed and you have started learning with your teacher, the monthly payment for that month becomes non-refundable, in full or in part. This policy allows us to reserve dedicated teacher time and maintain fair scheduling for all students.

3. Cancelling Mid-Subscription

If you have paid for two or three months in advance but only attended classes for one month and wish to discontinue, we will refund the unused remaining balance for the months you have not attended.

4. Refunds Due to a Fault on Our End

If we are unable to provide you with a teacher or schedule your classes at the agreed time for any reason on our part, you are entitled to a refund of the fee you paid. A small administrative/processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction and processing costs.

5. Requesting a Leave or Break

If you wish to take a leave of one month or more during your course, you must inform us before the start of that month. Leave requests submitted after a month’s classes have already begun will not be eligible for a fee waiver or refund for that month, and the full monthly payment will apply.

6. Public Holidays

No refunds or credits are issued for classes that fall on public holidays, as these are pre-announced and factored into the regular monthly schedule.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Full name and registered email/contact number
• Date of enrollment and payment details (transaction ID or receipt)
• Reason for the refund request

Once received, our team will review your request and process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 3 to 4 business days.
